I cant reset my password

Hi, I bought the IOS Version, but I forgot my password and I cant reset it since, I dont get the email when I type in my email in the forgot password section. Does anyone know how to fix the issue or knows how to contact the developer for help?

I can see your account, and it looks like the email is being sent successfully. Have you checked to make sure your ISP/domain isn’t blocking our emails? Emails not being received - Anki FAQs

If you can’t get this ISP/domain to let our emails through, the alternative is to switch to a new address. You probably can’t change the email address on this account without verification/password first, but you can create a new AnkiWeb account and start using that instead.

I have registered my forum account with a different email address, since I didnt know that the anki accounts differentiate. I registered this account (Ludenpuma2) with the email address which is linked to the account where I have issues resetting my account password.

Sorry about the confusion with the multiple posts and multiple accounts. [The easier way to add an email address here is to just add it as a “secondary email” on your existing forum account. That avoids the system thinking you’re trying to get away with something tricky! :sweat_smile:]

I can see both the email addresses you’ve used here in the forums. I responded about the first one already, but there is no AnkiWeb account associated the second address. Are you sure you set up that account at AnkiWeb – https://ankiweb.net/account/settings ?
