Firstly, when I log into Anki, the buttons in the bottom corner of the screen don't appear, so I can't create a deck. And when I go to tools and click on create filtered deck, it gives an error. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.

Where are you logging in? The only version of Anki that requires a login is the AnkiWeb site. Is that what you’re using?
Probably knowing which app/site you’re using will help answer this, but just in case it doesn’t – what buttons are you looking for that you haven’t found?
If you want to ask about an error, you should always give us the exact text or a screenshot of the error.
