Is there a way to do a sort of hybrid crammed + spaced repetition scheduling in Anki? Is there such a thing?
For example, repeat the same card 10× before advancing to a new one?

Why so many? But I once tested an add-on where, when I pressed “Again,” it always just flipped the card over. I don’t remember the add-on number, but it’s somewhere.
And for new players, I can sometimes set “Again” for 10 seconds, and it’ll happen literally every other card. That way, at least you’re guaranteed not to memorize it by speaking.
Is there a way in Anki? Not with any built-in functionality.
But before you go looking for an add-on – you should also consider that brute-force learning methods like that aren’t very good at forming lasting memories. It seems like a waste of time you could better spend legitimately learning the material.
