How to upload new add-on version?

Hi,
I’m the maintainer of Incremental Reading addon: https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/999215520. I used to be able to upload a new zip file on on ankiweb.net to create a new version. But now I can only see the Download section, even after logging in (see screenshot).

Has the process for updating Anki add-on changed? Or perhaps I have gone senile and can’t remember where the button lives?

Hm.. the buttons now appeared. Perhaps this has something to do with my browser cache.

I’m the author of Life Drain (715575551). I just made some changes in my add-on to make it work with the newest Anki 23.10, but even after logging into my AnkiWeb account, I cannot find the button to update the add-on. The button disappeared. It’s like I’m not the owner of the add-on anymore. I am logged in with the correct account. Recently I changed my e-mail address, might that be related to the issue?
