How to show the question in the answer field

Hi, Im new to anki, and would like to know how to show the Questions made in front field to been shown in the answer field. I usually make 3-4 questions in the same card, so when I do this all the answers can be mixed and a it can be a bit hard to figure out which question they answer specifically.
I will append an image to show how I woluld like my anki

Anki works best when each card has one question on one side, and one answer on the other side.
