Type in answer empty

Hello. I’m new to Anki. I created a type in answer deck. I entered questions in Front field and answers in Back field. But when I try to study the question isn’t shown, just empty screen and input field. If I enter the answer then both question and answer are shown. What am I doing wrong?

Could you post the template of that card? Both front and back template please.

You should change your front template to

{{Front}}

{{type:Back}}

and the back template to

{{FrontSide}}
