I imported a new deck but majority of the cards are missing because - as the app says - they already exist on my account. However, those are not the exact same cards and I want them duplicated. What can I do to stop this instant merging of those duplicates when I import them?
Are you importing a text/CSV file, or an APKG file? In either case is probably to look at the Import Options screen, and select what you want to have happen, since different options will be available depending on what you’re doing. This is also addressed in the manual – Importing - Anki Manual .
