Like all add-ons, the AMBOSS add-on works only on Anki for desktop. If you manually add links to AMBOSS chapters to your cards and have the AMBOSS app installed, the AMBOSS content should load within the app, if I remember correctly. But this is not the same automatic integration as with the add-on, obviously.

I believe AMBOSS have implemented some functionality in card templates so that it can be used on mobile devices, but don’t know if they require an add-on to install that - your best bet is to ask them directly.
