**My computer is temporarily broken. I had luckily these (see the picture) downloaded, but not yet sync or export my things on Anki. Please help me if there are any tips to get my flashcards (and progress, if possible) using these things that I downloaded. **

These are the installation files, they do not contain your collection. Where you would find your collection data is described here: Managing Files - Anki Manual
