How to ask every time to type an example for a word?

Hello, that’s what I have now (except the last paragraph in the back side I need some help with).

Front Side

  • A word in a foreign language
  • Its transcription (try to guess the correct pronunciation)
  • An example for each meaning (try to guess all translations)

Back Side

  • The word from front side
  • Its transcription
  • Its correct pronunciation
  • An example for each meaning
  • The correct translation of each meaning into the language that you know well
  • Type your own example for each meaning (just practicing, the value of this field should be removed automatically next time)
