How do I undo multiple cards and just have one card?

I made multiple cards from one original card. But I want to undo and just have one card with displaying all answers at once.

When I’d delete Card 2 or Card 3, it is appearing all cards are being deleted.

Please help.
Thank you.

Can you describe in detail how you created these cards? What series of steps did you take in the app to make these cards? What note type are you using, and what do its fields and cards look like?

And again, can you describe exactly what buttons or commands you are using to delete the cards, and what happens when you use them?

Thank you very much for the replies.

I should have used the term “cloze note type.”
When I was making cards with cloze note type, I wasn’t aware that there were two choices to choose from for making questions: close or close new. And I was clicking one of them without knowing there was a difference.
So, a card looks like the one below:

Prescriptive vs. Descriptive Grammer

{{c1::Prescriptive grammer}}:
Someone’s ideas about what makes for “correct” or good writing (telling you what you should do)

{{c2::Descriptive grammer}}:
A description of the rules people actually do follow in normal language use

That created two cards which I didn’t want to. And when I try to delete “cloze 2” by clicking on a button “delete note”, it deletes both cloze 1 and cloze 2, the entire card.

I am looking for a way to combine cloze 1 and cloze 2 and just have one click to show all answers.

Thank you for your time.

Changing {{c2:: Descriptive grammar}} to {{c1:: Descriptive grammar}} may solve the problem, as content wrapped in the same number will be displayed simultaneously

This is exactly what you want to do.

It will result in those other cards becoming “empty” – and then you can use this special action to delete them: Checks and Errors - Anki Manual .
