I have a new computer. I have installed Anki. I have copied the entire contents of the Anki folder under Programs. Anki, however does not find my decks. How can I reconnect the program and the decks?

The folder you need is the Anki2 folder that contains all of your collection data. Managing Files - Anki Manual
