Hi!
I’m trying to manually edit the values for a complex polygon mask in the image occlusion note type.
- On AnkiMobile, this is possible on both the visual editor and the “raw” editor. The “raw” editor also displays the
Image field.
- On OSX, editing a mask can only be done in the visual editor.
Now, I have looked for a way to add the Occlusion to the “raw” editor but I can’t find the option to change that.
If this cannot be done, could this be added as a feature request ?
Thank you for reading
I think you can change the note type to a note type with the same number of fields (or more) to see the occlusion field. Then you can edit it and change the note type back to IO.
Damn, that’s a clever workaround! It does work; thank you
Gathering what was done thanks to your answer (documenting this if somebody else tries to do the same):
- Duplicate Image Occlusion note type
- Create an
Occlusion copie field for that new note type
- Try changing the note type of my current note from Image Occlusion → Copie de Image Occlusion
- In the pop-up window,
Occlusion → Occlusion copie. Leave all other fields unchanged.
- Edit that
Occlusion copie to my heart’s content.
- Same as (3) but in reverse.
- same as (4) but in reverse.
With all that said, I still hope that the Occlusion field will be made available on desktop versions like it is already on mobile versions.
