I tried to change the interface but I couldn’t and the app doesn’t appear in the settings
On the iPhone, everything is fine. But on the iPad, the app does not appear in the settings (even after un-/re-installing, newest iOS version).
Do you have at least two languages listed in your preferred languages list in the iOS settings?
Yes, I have. And the curious thing about that: as soon as I checked these settings (without changing anything), Anki appeared in the list of apps (which definitively wasn’t the case before) and I was able to switch the language. Now everything is perfect. Thank you for your help!
Unfortunately I think this is down to an iOS bug - glad to hear it’s resolved itself
