But in step5, only 8 nation: Polski, deutsch, russia, japan, france, china…and language auto is English
Not have my country language. Please help! Thanks!
This probably means that the app has not been translated into your language yet.
Translations are contributed by volunteers. You can contribute if you want.

Anki for Windows, Android have my country language, and it free. I can change language interface easy.
IOS cost 25$ but I can’t change language interface 
Anki Desktop and AnkiDroid are free and more popular, so they are more likely to get translated by volunteers.
