ChatGPT is frequently wrong about things in Anki, so I’m pretty sure no one here is interested in debating with whatever it said. The place you should be looking to learn how to do this is the manual – Field Replacements - Anki Manual .
Even if there is eventually a setting implemented like what you’re asking for, it’s certainly not going to be in the next few days – Fixing this on your card templates yourself is the best plan.
If you have mp3 audio files attached to your notes – and you use the name of the actual field where you have that audio – this will work on any version of Anki. The first field replacement will show the contents of the field – as a button – the other 4 will simply play the audio again.
It’s hard to tell you any more about where you went wrong because we know nothing about your note type, or what you changed in your card templates. You’re going to need to give us more details if you want more help.

You’re saying that you did it as instructed, and it didn’t work. Okay, that’s fine. But there’s nothing more anyone can do to help you without being able to see why it didn’t work. You can say it’s a bug, if that makes you happy – but since it’s only not working for you, it seems less likely that it’s a bug in the app.
The folks who have responded to your posts here – and on GitHub – and in the earlier Forum thread that you’ve already been given a link to (and hopefully have read) – include contributors and helpful members of the Anki community. This feature that you requested yesterday won’t be implemented any time soon – and the timeline is even longer (or possibly never) for something that you can already do quite easily with a change to your card template.
I’m sure the AnkiDroid project would appreciate your financial support – How can I donate? - Anki FAQs . As far as I know, that all-volunteer team has enough on their collective plate that they don’t operate on a feature-for-bounty model. Regardless, functionality like this would likely need to be implemented in desktop Anki first.

Start here: Getting Started - Anki Manual – and make sure you understand the difference between notes, note types, and card types.
The name of your field is Frente.

A {{field replacement}} needs to go on the front or back template of your card, to tell Anki where to put the contents of that field when it makes your cards.
In AnkiDroid, to edit that card type/template – which will make this change for the cards from every note in your collection that uses this note type (so make sure that’s what you want) – in your screenshot, click at the bottom where it says “Cartões”.

No. You should change “Front” to the name of the Field that contains the audio file information. (Or, leave it as “Front” if the name of the Field is actually “Front”.)

I’m not going to make you a demonstration video, because there are tons of those out there you can already find yourself. There are probably even videos in Portuguese that you could find. But, as BenJamesBen said – none of that is going to help you if you don’t take a few minutes to understand those key concepts of Anki, so you know what you’re editing and why.

I went ahead and edited my language learning template to suit your needs. As you get more proficient in using anki, then you can make changes to suit your needs. For now, you can just put the words, audio, and/or images into the fields as you make the cards. Hopefully your collection is small. But if it is not, then you can change the note type and map the fields.
