- Suspend or reformulate any cards you constantly forget.
- Use the answer buttons consistently. Keep in mind that "Hard" is a passing grade, not a failing grade.

It appears when the FSRS health check indicates a bad fit between FSRS’s predictions and the user’s actual knowledge, as reflected in their answers.
Now, I have a deck with many cards that are super easy for me. When performing FSRS health check the above message appears, even though the problem of bad fit is not ‘from below’ (i.e. I keep forgetting) but ‘from above’ (i.e. I keep remembering ‘too well’…).
I suggest providing the above recommendations as-is in cases where the user keeps forgetting, but different recommendations or feedback where the users remembers the cards too well.
