So i just subscribed to AnKing by paying that $6 because I wanted to update my step 1 deck. My anki was working completely fine (for the last 2 years) until I did that. Now my graduating intervals stopped working. If i take a new card (blue) and go through it i will hit good (1day) the next day will come and the intervals are the exact same if i hit good it will show up again 1 day later. If i do the study ahead feature, the intervals are still the same. Usually it would go to 3 days but now it hasn’t been. I’ve checked all of my settings, nothing is changed, i haven’t changed the settings or synced on any other devices other than my laptop. This is difficult because i’m now getting too many cards each day.

When you install the new AnKing step deck, you are asked if you want to use recommended settings. This is automatically checked and can change your settings.
Go to the deck you are using and click on the cog icon next to it → options → it might say “AnkiHub”.
this is anki version, i know it is old but was working just fine. I have tried downloading the most recent version of anki and kept encountering the exact same issue!!
