FSRS Desired retention

Question: I have FSRS desired retention set at 90%. My goal is to achieve about 90% retention on MATURE cards. Does the FSRS retention goal apply only to mature cards, or to all cards including new and learning?

If all cards, how would I set a goal of 90% only on mature cards?

It’s not currently possible to set multiple desired retention rates for cards. The desired retention you set in deck options applies to all cards and their intervals, except (re)learning cards, which by default use (re)learning steps.
