Four different languages in deck, how to add text-to-speech?

I have a 3000 card deck that’s in four language, and I’d like to add text-to-speech to it, or at least, find some way to make AnkiMobile able to read each card according to the language. Anyone know how I could go about doing this? The simplest way is to create four different decks with each language, and just set AnkiMobile to read each deck according to its language, but then, does anyone know how I could make the process faster? Separating the main deck in four different decks according to language might take me several days.

If each language is in a different field, then you can adjust the card templates to use a different language for each field.
