Have you changed the user interface size in the preferences from the default 100%? If not, the toolkit may not be handling the DPI of your screen correctly, and you could try updating to 2.1.28 to see if it helps.

Yes, I have changed the font size to 110%. I just updated the version to 2.1.28 and I am still having the issue. How do I proceed from here?
Does it look better at 100%? Different parts of Anki’s interface are implemented differently, so they can’t be scaled in the same way.
