I installed a new copy of Anki on my Mac after I had to do a factory reset. Once installed, I synced Anki with my Ankiweb account in order to download my decks into Anki on my Mac. However, instead of bringing my decks from Ankiweb, the sync deleted my decks from Ankiweb, so I had no decks on my Mac or on Ankiweb. I do have my copies on my phone and my iPad, but they haven’t been synced in a while so they are several thousand cards different than what I previously had on Ankiweb.
Is there a way to get back to my previous backup of Ankiweb?
I’m looking at your AnkiWeb account (that matches the email you used to post here), and it seems to have lots of data in it. Are you sure you overwrote it with a blank collection?
The most recent server-side backup for your account is from 4 June. I don’t know if that is more recent than the copies you have on your other devices. Please confirm if you want me to restore that to your account. It will overwrite anything that is currently there.

I was able to sync my iPad and phone collections last night after I lost all my cards on Ankiweb, but their cards are quite different than the ones that I had on my Mac.
I was hoping that you’d be able to find a backup from June 14th PM or June 15th AM before my Ankiweb collection got erased. But June 4th is the last time it was backed up with Ankiweb?
That’s correct. Server-side backups are taken periodically, about weekly. But if you hadn’t been syncing for a while, the server would also stop making backups for a while.
