Every note is tested twice, with other template set

For a deck of imported cards every test is followed by a test for the same note but with other front/back templates. I changed the card to Basic Type but the problem persists.

What can I do get rid of this fantom test?

In Browse->Preview it works as expected.

Try tools → check database.

I think the fantom test is gone.

As well as the rest of this desk.

The note was reset to Basic Type.
