Even if I look at the front of the card and press the space button to choose Easy, it counts as Difficult and the card is exposed again. After choosing Easy again, the card is no longer exposed. What should I do. Anki version is the latest. I don’t use add on program.
“space” - This is not an “easy” button. This is a “good” button.
Show that the space bar button really leads to the answer “difficult”.
We would really need to see the Card Info to help you understand what is happening. If this is happening often, it should be easy for you to find Card Info (Statistics - Anki Manual) that’s an example of this.
We likely also will need to see your Deck Options.
