I periodically get the following error
In my Anki on iPhone.
I think it started after switching to fsre algorithm

Are you using the current version of AnkiMobile?
Things that have a tendency to cause similar errors to this are –
- Leaving a card open on the study screen past the next-day-starts time
- Editing or suspending cards during review, especially sibling cards
Have you run Check Database lately?
Yes, I use latest version of Anki , I may leave the card open on a screen and continue next day with a deck from the card opened, the error appears randomly

Are you getting it in the middle of a study session, or finding it happens only at the start of a new day?
This happens to me when doing an undo to a card, then answering it again. This is after using a deck with FSRS for the first time, and with SRS as well.
- Is this happening consistently and reproducibly, every time you undo and grade again?
- What version of AnkiMobile are you using?

Until now, no. I do not know how it does that since this is on iOS and can’t debug it. This is been occurring before latest version of AnkiMobile as well.
When I used AnkiDroid before, this happened as well. [Bug] Error if answering too fast · Issue #14813 · ankidroid/Anki-Android · GitHub.
I suspect it might be connected to a learning card becoming ready to review again around the time you answer / undo the card. Does that match what you’re seeing? If you’re able to figure out reliable steps to reproduce this, it would make it much easier for us to look into it.

This could be it. It does not happen when reviewing cards, but reviewing the learning cards again. I might not be able to reproduce as I’m not learning new cards for the time being
It has never appeared for the last 2-3 weeks. I’ll try to catch it when it is back.
Using the latest version, while learning a new card and out of the app, this happened. I cannot undo it either.

If you narrow down the steps to reproduce the issue, please let me know. In the mean time, while annoying, this message won’t cause your cards to be scheduled incorrectly.
Reproduction in my side would be very different sometimes when reviewing.
Often times, when undoing one card I’m learning, it spits out the mirror. Other times, when going back to learning cards from the reviewing cards, it spits the error.
I haven’t found any clear reproduction of this error yet. But I’m confident is not gonna mess up anything with the setting of the deck
