When I search for the word “reserve” in ankiweb.net , then it outputs a lot of words that do not contain the word “reserve”.

If you see a note in the search results that you believe should not have been found, it is likely that “reserve” does actually appear somewhere in the note. Check the note carefully, including looking at the hidden HTML and image filenames.
Looking at the underlying HTML view of just one note in your collection, you can see that there’s a good amount of unnecessary HTML in one of your fields (probably copy-pasted).

That’s where the search result is coming from.
Is this only happening when you search on AnkiWeb? You should see identical search results on any device where you have your collection synced.
