Hi! I am getting this error message every time I start anki. It’s not possible to use the program due to this error. Is there someone who has gone through something similar?
Obs.: the part written in swedish “Det går inte att hitta filen” means “It is not possible to find the file…”
In this case it’s caused by a badly behaving program on your computer called Wondershare, which has changed the global temp folder location to a folder that likely does not exist. You may be able to adjust the location with Change location of TEMP files folder to another drive - Microsoft Community - if problems persist, please contact the maker of that app for assistance.
