I updated anki and I get error messages when I double click anki icon. I have attached the error message that comes up.
I did the steps on the When problems occur page and anki still does not open. Also I tried to open anki while holding the shift key but nothing appears on my screen not even the error message, you know the sound when something is not working, that sound is played when opening anki while holding shift key.
I searched online and found nothing. Can someone help? I have attached the error message below.
