Encounter a serious error in Anki Desktop

When I open the software, the setting icons disappear, and everything in the page keeps flashing. After opening a deck, nothing display normally.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall Anki for several times, and sometimes it shows that there’s error with my graphic driver:

So I uninstalled and reinstalled my graphic driver yesterday, which did not work until today.

After using the app normally for several hours this morning, I moved to another place and hibernated my laptop. Once I turned on my laptop, all the same errors occurred again.

I changed the video driver form OpenGL to ANGLE form the preferences menu, and also clicked “check database” and “check media file”.

When I clicked “check media file” another error message shows up.

I copied the error message here:

An error occurred. Please use Tools > Check Database to see if that fixes the problem.

I clicked check data base button again as directed but nothing happens.

I tried to open Anki using Anki console and failed as before.

Can anybody help me with this error?

Do you use antivirus or firewall software on your machine? It may be blocking Anki from talking to itself.
