Duplicação indesejada

Acabei de baixar o anki, so criei 5 cards no modo close omitindo uma palavra, mas nada alterei configurações. Mas ao tentar adicionar uma nova carta a um baralho, as vezes a caixa fica vermelha com um alerta de duplicata E as vezes Nao (nao aparece este alerta). Mas em ambas as vezes, o card sai duplicato ou triplicado. Tentei adicionar uma carta a um baralho diferente e o mesmo ocorre. Alguém sabe se há alguma configuração simples para desativar? Desinstalei o aplicativo do PC e baixei novamente, mas não resolveu. o novo ANKI veio com mesmos baralhos. (será que trouxe o BUG junto?). Como resolver por favor? OU ao menos, como baixar um ANKI completamente NOVO, sem que traga absolutamente nada do antigo?

If you’re seeing the same information on multiple rows in the Browse window, there could be a couple reasons –

• You’ve added a note that creates multiple cards. A row will show for each card when the screen is in “Cards” mode. That’s normal.
• You’ve run into a mysterious bug that has come up before where the same note/card shows multiple times. You can fix that by running Tools > Check Database.

I uninstalled the application from my PC and downloaded it again, but that didn’t solve the problem. The new ANKI came with the same decks. (Could it be that it brought the bug with it?).

Uninstalling the app doesn’t remove any of your collection data from your computer – that’s stored separately.

I don’t think that’s necessarily a solution for you here, but if you want to start over with a completely empty collection, you can create a new profile – File > Switch Profile > Add. Then you can delete your old profile in the same screen. [Keep in mind that an individual user hardly ever needs multiple profiles at the same time, and you can only sync a single profile with your AnkiWeb account.]
