Downloaded anki deck does not show up (Not even in browse)

I have downloaded a deck for medical school however when import the deck it does not shop up and it is not even in my browser when I go to search. It is as if I have not even downloaded anything. I have dried deleting anki and re-downloading it and the same for the deck as well. I’m unsure what to do next.

Also the error message that I received:

Import failed. Debugging info:

anki.rsbackend.TemplateError: Card template ⁨23⁩ has a problem.

Try to import it again maybe using File - Import. If it’s in the collection, Anki will tell you about it.

That looks like the shared deck has problem with one of the card templates. Older Anki versions didn’t pick up on these errors, so they may have been overlooked in the past.

If the deck author can not fix the problems for you, you’ll need to downgrade to 2.1.26 (see the note at the top of https://changes.ankiweb.net/#/) and import the file - you can upgrade again afterwards. The template will still be invalid, so some of the cards will fail to show correctly until the issue is fixed.
