in fact it was a person who was trying to send me the file, so I thought it was strange, that’s why I asked the question, it could be a virus then
I recommend not trying to open the file if you don’t trust the sender.

If you trust the person, and they were trying to send you an Anki deck, then you could try renaming the file to .apkg from .bin and seeing if Anki can import it.
