Hi! I have been studying on AnkiWeb on my iPhone. I wanted to switch to my Laptop again, but I cannot sync the progress I made on my phone as AnkiWeb on my Laptop shows a different version than AnkiWeb on my phone. So I cannot sync the new data to Anki Desktop. I am 100% sure it is the same account. It would be really nice if there is any idea how I can save this problem and not lose the progress.
Short of a cached view of the website in a particular browser, you can’t have different AnkiWeb progress looking at the site from different devices.
Are you comparing AnkiWeb on your phone to AnkiWeb on your laptop? Or are you comparing AnkiWeb on your phone, and desktop Anki on your laptop?
Can you say more about what the difference is that makes you think your collection isn’t the same?
