Did a card yesterday. Hit good. It should've come 3 months later but it's showing up today?

and this happened to a whole bunch of cards. So now if I hit good, it’s sending it even farther down hill.

What are your deck options and the review history of a card in question?

This sounds a lot like a sync conflict, so in addition to the Card Info for the card with the issue (top information and grid of review history) – do you use Anki on multiple devices?
