Errors in scheduling in my recent reviews?

Hello everyone,
I am currently experiencing something weird with my scheduling. I think the issue was caused by reviewing cards on my phone (iOS, AnkiMobile) and then syncing on my laptop before syncing the reviews I did on my phone. However this should still not happen, I attached a screenshot of an example:
I reviewed this card yesterday and it is supposed to have a six day interval, why is it shown again today? If i answer good again, it will jump up to 13 days (as you can see in the pic). This seemed to have happened with most of the cards I reviewed on my phone yesterday. How can I fix this / prevent this in the future and what might be causing this? Appreciate your help!

This is almost always due to a sync conflict. Are you strict about syncing when you open the app on a device, AND when you close/leave the app on that device, every time? Do you have any add-ons that make bulk changes (like rebuilding Filtered decks), or changes at the time of syncing, that could be interfering?

If you have changes on both devices at the same time, you leave yourself open to cards being left in an inconsistent state – studied on one device, and then updated on another device before syncing.

Yes I am pretty sure the inconsistent syncing was the issue, but is there anything I could do to fix this now? So I assume Anki does not recognize this inconsistent state, as you can see on the pic it says 6 days in the review history but 2 day interval in the stats above.
