I couldn’t read the email in which anki send me to verify your email otherwise data can be deleted. It was very important card which i was repeating after every year. But now nothing is showing. Unfortunately i changed my cellphone and laptop so my only access was online syncing. I don’t know what to do and how i can get my data back which was saved in anki database.
I’m afraid it is not possible to recover the data if you do not have it stored on any of your devices.
It’s good to periodically dump your decks as full backups and save them outside your computer (iCloud, Box.com et rest).
