Le disque dur de mon ordinateur à planté. Des sauvegardes locales de mes derniers decks y étaient, cependant il semble que la synchronisation ne s’est pas faite avec Anki web, les decks y sont introuvables.
J’ai regardé sur Anki droid, je n’arrive pas à restaurer mes decks à partir de la dernière sauvegarde.

It sounds like you were using your collection on both desktop Anki and AnkiDroid. Were you not syncing both of them regularly through AnkiWeb, and with the same AnkiWeb account?
If you were mostly using desktop, then the version of your collection on AnkiWeb should only differ from what you lost on your computer by the changes you made on desktop since your last sync. Had that been a long time? Or did you make a lot of changes immediately before your computer crashed?
If you had changes on desktop that you hadn’t yet synced with AnkiWeb, we’re not going to be able to help you recover them from there. However, even if the computer won’t run with its OS, you might be able to recover you Anki2 data folder from it – Managing Files - Anki Manual. That would contain all of your collection data and put you back where you were before the crash.
[You also mention not being able to restore a backup on AnkiDroid – but unless it was far out of sync, the current version of your collection on AnkiDroid should match what you have on AnkiWeb. I’m not sure how an older backup version would help you.]
