Deck created are by default private or public

Hi friends, I want to know that when we create Deck and add flashcards to it. Does it get shared online i.e is it available to public by default ?

No. None of the decks in your collection are available to the public unless you go through the steps to upload and share them. Contributing - Anki Manual
