I get the following error when I run Anki desktop app:
Although my computer does not have a modern graphics hardware, I am sure I have the necessary drivers for OpenGL, as I can run and develop other 3D applications without any issues. You can find the complete report from OpenGL Extensions Viewer here:

For your information, it works if I manually delete opengl32sw.dll from the installation directory.

The message should only appear the first time you run Anki, as Anki will switch drivers on the next run automatically. You can also change the display driver from Tools>Preferences if you have problems. See Display Issues - Anki Manual
