When I try to start Anki I get a white skreen with the anki hub needing to update popup box, I cannot click anything, and then the app crashes. I have reinstalled the app, restarted the computer, and opened while holding shift. If I do the safe mode, I justget a white screen and then the app crashes. This is on my windows PC. I just redownloaded the installer so I think it is the latest version. The first time I tried to lunch it I was able to get this error message, but since then I get nothing when I try to start it.

I just downloaded the alternate 21.35 and it started working again
Start Anki on safe mode, then uninstall or disable progress bar original since its causing the startup issue problem, there is already a patch to fix, until then you can use this progress bar by shige instead
Please close Anki, then open it in safe mode by holding down the Shift key while starting Anki. Keep holding Shift down until the on-screen message informs you that Anki has started in safe mode.
If the problem goes away, that indicates an add-on is causing the problem. Remove any add-ons you don’t need, and disable half of the others. If the problem continues, try the other half. Repeat the process until you’ve figured out which add-on is causing the problem. Then please report the issue to the add-on author, using the Copy Debug Info button, and pasting that into the report.
