This pop-up keeps coming up but I have deleted all the media files on ankiweb, checked the database, I have logged in and logged back out from ankihub, removed all of my addons, unsubscribed from my decks on ankihub, and deleted all of my decks. Along with this popup, I am unable to sync to ankihub or ankiweb anymore. I wasn’t able to force a sync in one direction. The original issue that started this was that I was suspending and unsuspending cards and my cards kept multiplying and unsuspending everytime I opened and closed anki trying to fix the suspension problem and then this error message popped up and now I can’t do anything even after trying all of the steps I previously mentioned. I also have an older mac about 6 years old. Please help.

- Add-ons aren’t synced
But there are several things that you can try that will – Constant Errors Uploading / Sync - #4 by Danika_Dakika .
Are you trying to sync with the AnkiWeb account you just created today? Or do you have another one under a different address?
That should get you under the size-limit very quickly – but then what do you have left that you want to sync? Just the review history of your empty collection?

That is certainly concerning, but I think I know the behavior you’re seeing. It’s usually cured by running Check Database, and it is unlikely that it would cause your collection database to grow over the limit.
Ankihub is a third party, it’s not supported by this community so Ankhub problems need to contact their community. https://community.ankihub.net/ (AnkiWeb is the official Anki so this thread is fine)
