Could someone please explain this line of the changelog for 23.12?

Recompute FSRS memory state when cards moved into different deck.

I rename deck, and move cards between decks, with some frequency. Am I resetting my cards in some way when I do that? Or is this only when I change the cards to a preset with different FSRS parameters, in which case those parameters are used to re-calibrate the card based on reviews? I’d love to see the commit/PR for this if possible.

I think only FSRS-specific values such as stability and difficulty are reset and recomputed using the new deck’s parameters on next review.
