Change User1 Name

Is there a way to change the User1 profile name on iOS?

There must be 2 or more accounts in my iPad.
Because the user name of the current user cannot be changed.

Method: Settings → Account → Add Account (if you only have one user) → slid left to change the user name of a non-current user name
