Cards recently added shown as added 1000 days ago

I have recently started using Anki and find the statistics useful. One statistic though makes no sense. This is the histogram of added cards. It shows as having been added nearly 1000 days ago.

Can someone advise what is going on here and how to fix it.

I am using Anki Web on Windows 11 and also via sync to my iPad. Time zone is UTC.

the problem like this occurs when the author of a shared deck mistakenly includes their own schedule in the deck, I have a fixed version of the add-on to address this. add-on: :wastebasket:Reset Card Scheduling (Fixed by Shigeඞ)

“Added” isn’t “introduced as New” – it’s “created.” [ @Shigeyuki – imported review history would have no affect.]

  • Were these part of an imported deck, or did you create them from scratch yourself?
  • Have you run Tools > Check Database?
