Card design changed now all pictures are gone

I have created 5000 cards with image occlusion. Now I want to add one card. I am on add fields. There I pressed delete at image, source 1 etc… No i have cards with just nothing on it only the fields which cover the image but there is no image anymore. can I do something now to get the cards back like they were in the morning. ?
