Cant run Anki desktop

i’ve installed it but i cant run it, can someone help me to solve this problem?

oh still cant open it :frowning:

i saw it run on Task Manager but it didnt display on my screen

Close it form Task Manager, and go to Anki’s installation path (usually C:\Program Files\Anki) and run Anki from the anki-console.exe file. A console window like this should appear:
