Anki Desktop not loading Window

I just installed Anki (2.1.43) on my Windows 10 desktop pc and pretty much nothing happens when I try to start the program. Anki shows up in the Task-Manager with around 20-30mb of ram usage and no cpu usage. I cannot see a window or an icon in the taskbar.

I checked that my Windows installation is up to date and restarted the pc. I also tried out an older Version of Anki (2.1.40) but that did not help so I reinstalled version 2.1.43.

Is there another thing I could try to get Anki working?

This can be caused by Windows updates. There are reports of update KB5001330 breaking many things recently. See Windows 10 KB5001330 issues: FPS drop, system crashes

I have the same problem, I uninstalled the update, but unfortunately the anki, it did not work again.
If they solve it please write this solution.

I had the Problem before I installed the Update KB5001330, and unistalling the Update also did not help.
Is there anything else that I could do to find the cause for this issue?
