Cannot export any of my anki decks or collection

I do not know why but i keep getting the same error when trying to export my decks and collection. How can I fix it? Everything else seems to work just fine

If you open Terminal.app and type the following in, hitting enter afterwards, what does it print?

echo $TMPDIR $TEMP $TMP

Now Anki is giving me a different error and i changed nothing.

Import Failure: "This deck contains timestamps in the future"

The add-on needs to be run by the person exporting the deck. If you can’t reach them, you’ll need to use an old Anki version to import the deck, then use the add-on.

The issue may have arisen by importing a shared deck in the past. You’ll need to use the add-on to fix the problem, and then you should be able to export.
