Import Failure: "This deck contains timestamps in the future"

I have been unable to import any deck. Each import attempt I receive an error message stating “This deck contains timestamps in the future. Please contact the deck author and ask them to fix the issue.”

I am currently using the latest version of Anki. I have tried to import decks with add-ons disabled. I have tried importing a deck that I had previous success using a month ago.

I tried it, and I still got the same error message.

The add-on needs to be run by the person exporting the deck. If you can’t reach them, you’ll need to use an old Anki version to import the deck, then use the add-on.
