Cannot export and log in on Mac

I use Anki on my MacBook and also bought the pro version. The problem I have is, that I have no possibility to export my deck or log in into the app to sync my deck. Furthermore, I have no options under “File”.

This doesn’t seem to be supported here despite the name.
